Training and Technical Assistance Coordinator at Esperanza United

Damary Rodriguez is Training and Technical Assistance Coordinator for Esperanza United. She provides training and technical assistance to advocates across the U.S. and territories. Damary worked as an advocate at their local domestic and sexual violence program and state coalition providing advocacy to survivors and advocates in her community and across Pennsylvania. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Global Studies (with a concentration on Latin American History and Culture) from Penn State University. Damary is currently Board Chair for the LGBT Center of Central PA and originally hails from New York City. She is a proud daughter of immigrant parents from the Dominican Republic.
